Welcome to Ice Cream Calculator ("the Service"), a web application that helps you formulate ice cream recipes, calculate ingredient ratios, and generate recipes using artificial intelligence. The Service is operated by Ice Cream Calc AB ("we," "us," or "our"), a Swedish company based in Varberg, Sweden.

By using our Service, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you don't agree with these Terms, please don't use our Service.

What You Can Do

• Create and save ice cream recipes

• Use our ingredient database and calculation tools

• Generate recipes using our AI features (Premium users only)

• Share your recipes with others

• Export your recipes in various formats

What You Cannot Do

• Use the Service for any illegal or harmful purposes

• Upload content that violates others' rights or is offensive

• Attempt to hack, break, or interfere with the Service

• Create accounts for anyone under 13 years old

• Use automated tools to scrape or copy our content without permission

5. Payment, Billing & Cancellation

Subscription Details

• Premium subscriptions cost €20 per year

• Payments are processed securely through Stripe

• Subscriptions automatically renew annually unless cancelled

• We accept major credit cards and bank transfers (where available)

Cancellation & Refunds

• You can cancel your subscription anytime through your account settings

• Cancelled subscriptions remain active until the end of the billing period

• Refunds available for unused service time if cancelled within 14 days of purchase

• If you downgrade from Premium to Free, your first 15 recipes (by creation date) remain editable

7. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by Swedish law and comply with EU consumer protection regulations.

Any disputes shall be resolved in the Swedish courts, with Varberg District Court having initial jurisdiction.

EU consumers may also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

8. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, content, logos, source code, and databases in the Service are owned by Ice Cream Calc AB or its licensors.

You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or use our intellectual property without written permission.

Your Content: You retain ownership of recipes and data you create. By using the Service, you grant us a license to store, process, and display your content to provide the Service.

9. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or act in a manner that harms other users or the Service. Upon termination, your saved data may be permanently deleted.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. If we make significant changes, we will notify you through the Service or email. Continued use of the Service after changes indicates acceptance of the new Terms.
